Itinerary
Day 1: Shanghai - Harbin

Take morning flight to Harbin. Upon arrival, meet local tour guide and transfer to hotel for check-in. In afternoon, visit the Saint Sofia Church and have a walk on the Central Street on your own pace. Enter the Stalin Park, which stands as evidence of the friendship between the world’s two most powerful communist countries at that time. At the center of Stalin Park stands the Flood Control Monument built to commemorate the tremendous feat of the Harbin people in controlling the massive flood of 1957. Around 16.00, drive to watch the Ice Lantern Show in Zhaolin Park . The magical and extraordinary ice lanterns and sculptures have literally made the park an icy wonderland. Drive back to your hotel and free evening.

Day 2: Harbin

After breakfast, meet the local guide and transfer to Sun Island Scenic Area. The Sun Island Park is the site of the Snow Sculpture Expo displaying a wonderful snowy world. Visit the famous snow art museum and admire the amazing snow sculptures in the main square known as the Romantic and Marvelous Area. Afterwards visit the Siberian Tiger Park where Siberian Tigers are being bred with the hope of being returned to the wild. At night, visit Harbin Ice & Snow World, located on Sun Island at the north bank of the Songhua River. Be amazed with the scale and creativity of this icy wonderland full of man-made ice and snow sculptures. Brave the cold to discover luminated ice replicas of palaces and pagodas, icy slides, and a mini ski slope.
